After an intense and shocking interview where Joe Nocera and Buzz Bissinger discussed the treatment of athletes in the NCAA, Brandon Harrison and Lance Newman stood during the Q&A to deliver their piece “E.S.P.N.” It was a moving tribute to the spirit of the evening and African American athletes in general.
